Sigh, like I said "we spent millions buying machines, we are fixing it, honest, it is priority A #1!.".
These problems started during Internext, literally 4+ months. I'd like to think I am being reasonable here, and not looking for miracles. Apparently 4 months isn't enough time to setup some machines, do a code review, and place an order with whatever bandwidth provider you've chosen.
I suppose your right though, it is pretty unreasonable to expect any large company to accomplish something in a timely manner.
