Handcuffing a 5 year old is fucked up if it's a whiny bitch parent with a bad kid or not. Alternate measures should have been used.

ok then lets bring back the stick and really teach some lessons. if a little brat is running around drawing on shit and the teacher grabs ahold of them the whiny parent will sue them for putting hands on their child.
no properly raised child would ever punch a teacher in the stomach then begin to draw on walls.
sometimes kids need a giant lesson to get it through their head.
