i just don't see how someone can't handle a 5 year old, maybe it's because i'm a parent. Especially is that person is a teacher, who is supposed to be able to handle a student (i know at a certian age that might not be as true, but 5 come on) and if not the teacher there should be others at the school that can, if not, well we should really think hard about rehiring people that can do the work, LOL.
