I see alot of people asking for ccbill this and ccbill that and I never understood the fascination with them, or only promoting sites that process with them.

Sure it seems a strange reason, in my particular case checks get lost/stolen a lot in my country and it's easier to cash just a big one than several smaller checks (comissions)
In general it's a lot more difficult to shave using ccbill so webmasters trust programs using 100% ccbill, and you get paid on time every time, in the 4 or so years i've been working in adult i had experienced first hand and seen programs not paying/paying late, shaving, checks getting lost/bouncing, and entire processors going down (globill, now ibill) so there are lots of valid reasons for choosing ccbill.
