Correct. And that is the very reason why a verbal assault on them (or even an extremely vague "death threat" [snicker that employed the language "take a black* a robe down from the bench"]) is understood by both sides to be just cheerleading and chest-beating.


And then it gets wrapped up in indecipherable "civics" rhetoric, and dispensed with using packing material such as this:
