It would do if you had a brain. Work it out. If Bush ahd failed, then there would have been no elections in Iraq. Seeing as there *were* elections, Bush has not failed.

Saddam was killing on average 50,000 of his own people per year. Since the start of the war around 12,000 civilians have died (according to moonbat claims, and in any case mainly at the hands of the jihadis).
So, 2 years = 100,000 dead under Saddam. But only 12,000 have been killed since = a net saving of 188,000 people, not including the babies they have had.
Around 1500 soldiers have died, which seems quite a good deal for bringing democracy to that little part of the world.

You're quite welcome to try. You won't find any though. And all the coal was used up a hundred years ago too. It's funny how everyone wants to drive and to buy goods transported using oil but are not too keen on having an oilwell in their backyard.
