Probably because there isn't going to be one. Who's going to fight? You need two armies to have a war. America has one army, and it doesn't serve for the people, it serves the group of criminal elites who control the country. America is going to become a police state, there isn't going to be a civil war. It's not right vs. left, it's the corporate elites who control the country vs. the people, and the American people signed away any chances of controlling their government long ago.
