You lost a customer because:
1) You were unable to send any more than a few hits per day.
2) Those hits you did send never converted
3) Your lack of any professionalism as demonstrated by this thread.
And as I mentioned way back when you issued the traffic credit, if a traffic provider has good quality traffic I do continue to purchase from them on a regular basis. Your site was unable to send more than 200 hits over 2 months. I didn't even burn through half the traffic credit issued in a 2 month period. But hey, what do I know about traffic.
