We are looking at using music (background with voiceovers) in some videos on the site, and are trying to determine info on licencing.
As our servers are US based, we think we need a Non-Interactive 5.0 license agreement from ASCAP.com (
http://www.ascap.com/weblicense/webfaq.html) but the info is pretty vague, especially on fees.
Anyone got any suggestions or ideas or comments?
