I have done it occasionally, but only when it is right in front of me, i never seek it out really...
i went to far with drugs once in my life, i was up to a 1-2 ounce a week coke habit (whew)....when i finally got out of that phase of my life i realized what addiction was and my mind sort of snapped into the mentality I have now...I can recognize myself going to far and can stop myself now...it is really amazing, and I never would have been this way if I had not been an addict at one time.
but speed is scarey, and I can understand some peoples negativity towards drugs if they have ever been around a heroin or speed addict...

I've had meth and various other amphet derivatives and i hate them. I hate the amping. I hate the staying up. I hate being strung out from a few day bender. I generally have insomnia as is and have used pot in the past as a sleep aid, currently using some sort of benzo or ambien, etc. I can't understand why people would want to be awake for days on end on purpose. I understand there is a euphoria involved, which always amazed me about ephedra use. It's like speed without the fun. In my experience meth isn't that huge around nyc(where i am and have always been) as it is prevelant on the west coast, in the middle of nowhere, the south, massachusetts... well lots of places.
Ever been around crazy artsy types who have big crystal habits. For some reason tweaking makes them think everything they say or do is profound even way more than the pot/tripping type fascinations with every day minutia. That alone is enough to turn me off of it. lol
I've had a busy day and i'm rambling and getting off on odd tangent rants so I'll stfu now.
