Landing page/sponsor may be worth looking at too then.
If the terms are that 'specific' it can be tough to run up that sort of bill for very targetted terms unless it was over a long period of time. The bill seemed to indicate a bigger term or two. Anyways - have fun tweaking if you decide to keep trying
