* When groups of 60 insurgents can attack a prison guarded by US armed forces and virtually all insurgents escape the attack, it's time to admit that we aint in fucking control of Iraq.

* The new Iraqi government is nothing more than a room of powerless folks who are really in charge of nothing and they have to duck assasination attempts just to go to the office.

* The final formation of the Iraqi gov will not produce some kind of magic that will transform the current security forces into an effective tool to crush the insurgency.

* The insurgency has become a civil war.


So basically we are just bullshiting ourselves to sit here waiting for some "situation" to "emerge" that will end the war in Iraq.

After two years of the same old shit, it's time to change the fucking plan!


We either send enough forces into Iraq and resume full scale war operations and mop up the insurgency or we need to just get the fuck out and let civil war insue.

The current state of control in Iraq is alowing civil war to commence so we can sit there in the middle of the civil war, or just get the fuck out; or apply enough forces to end the civil war(insurgency).

These are the only choices.
