I've been in the industry for more than 10 years.
Talent knows the risks. If they choose to take them thats their problem. Since when am I elected, or any pornographer, elected to safe guard the health of talent.
Here is a idea. Pass a law saying all porn must be made with Condoms. Do that and I'll make my talent wear them on my sets. Otherwise, I don't care and I don't want to hear the bitching.
IE: On my sets it's this. "This is what I want... This is how much I pay. Will you or won't you do it?"
If you don't want to run the risk of catching HIV on my sets then guess what you shouldn't be doing?
You shouldn't be working for me.
The opposite is true too. I am not under any obligation to hire someone that demands the use of a condom.
