Organized religion is for the most part a gigantic sham perpetuated through the centuries by playing on the fears of the people.
If you look back in the middle ages what the Catholic Church used to do to non-believers and non-followers you would be astonished at the barbarism and cruelty inflicted on people.
That people are still getting sucked into this bullshit is simply amazing, but most people in the world are so stupid and clueless they are easy to fool.
