T-mobile's new version of EVERYTHING really sucks ass!

I logged into 'my t-mobile' this month to pay my bill online. To my surprise, it has been completely changed for the worst!

I have 3 accounts. 1 for me, 1 for my GF and 1 family shared plan for my kids. I used to be able to login to my account and pay me and my GF's bills from my account. On the payment page it had the price I owed. This was friggin awesome and I could get it paid in about 1 to 2 minutes.

My kids accounts were all linked through my oldest daughters account. I could login to her account and pay all 3 bills from 1 page and it totalled how much I owed for all three accounts. Again, 1 to 2 minutes...

Now it wants me to login to each account seperately and pay, get this, $112 for my oldest daughter, $1.25 for my son and $3.50 for my youngest daughter! What the fuck! I imagine that if I forget to pay my sons $1.25 we would probably all get our phones turned off... But their accounts are all the same family plan, why should I have to login to each and check their billing page and then remember the number to enter into the pay your bill page?

Fucking insane company...

So I call them to 1 pay my bill and 2 complain... I swear to god they are fucking really lame. They replaced humans and the old computer with a voice activated friendly one... It can't understand me and gives me like 3 seconds to type 16 digits into the keypad... WTF!

This company has really gone to the birds... I am seriously thinking about switching!
