You've been with a girl for 3 years, moved out to where she lives from across the country to be with her about 2 years ago, and now your job requires you to move to Houston about 3-4 days away by car.
If you wait 3 months, she can come with you, but job responsibilities are hard to keep up with without being local, job is a high salary and high influence position. Nicely Over 6 digits a year. If you dont move, you wont get fired but it will be looked down upon greatly, and you wont feel like you are completing your job the best you could and not acheiving the goals you have set forth professionaly.
If you leave now, and tell her that she will have to hang out on her own for 3 months, and you might come back every 2-3 weeks for the weekend, etc but you are running an 85% risk that she will break up with you. She will also be extremely pissed off.
