I use them too... they have excellent ICQ support... I'm about to launch several more sites over there -- I've just been slacking!
The control panel interface is the nicest I have seen...
One tip: when you set up your pop email through them -- you have to set your username in your mail program to "
[email protected]" instead of just "username"
