has no computer expierience what-so-ever?!

I am trying to discourage this guy, he wants some extra side money. I told him its not as easy as it looks. He wants to know the requirements for getting started. He has no photoshop or html expierience at all!!

I dont have the time, or patience to teach anyone. What can I tell him?
