If that video was real that guy would be going to jail. One Shot...One Kill....justifiable homicide (self defense). One shot and the guy is still standing with the gun aimed at you... justifiable homicide.
One shot and the guy goes down....you get the fuck out of there and call the cops. The second shot would have been arguable in court by a good defense attorney. The third one gets you a sentence and a jailhouse nickname.

I still say it depends..and it's something I would be willing to risk.
I'm not saying that the by the letter of the law you would not be charged....what I am saying is I don't think you'd get convicted by a jury.
You could argue a variety of issues here and anyone of them I think would cause a jury to consider whether they want to send a man who was in complete fear of his life 1 second before to jail because he continued to shoot after the guy was down when the law feels as though he should be rational and consider his options and get out.
