If those prices are true, they are killing their show business.
By eliminating the number of show attendees, as higher prices will always do, they make exhibitors less interested in having a booth. Now, add to that the booth price is actually INCREASING by a lot, and you lose even more exhibitors.
It's simple: if you raise exhibitor prices, they should be compensated by attracting more eyeballs / more business. I don't knwo many people who like paying more money for less....
Vegas already seemed to be less popular of an event than last year, (that may be due to scheduling conflicts with other shows though), but I think this will only get worse and worse.
Shows like Phoenix are the new trend that should really take off! Sponsors get great value for their money in exposure, and attendees all have a blast at minimal costs.
