WHat??? if you shoot someone who is trying to harm you, you do not go over and she if he needs help!! you call the police. what are you going to do give CPR to someone who just tried to kill you??
Anyway i am going by what i know, when i got my carring permit here in FL, we had a class taught by a cop who explains the laws about this, plus i have a lot of cops in my family, and unless you are backed into a corner and cannot get away from the person, you cannot go to the guy and shoot him again. Maybe laws are different where you live.
I am not agreeing with it, just saying this is what the cpos will say. once he is down you are concidered out of daner of death unless you are backed into a corner and cannot get away.
And i agree it is stupid
