I am just speaking of the law, not of what most people would want to do, the cops would look at that video and arrest him for manslaughter, simplay as that.

from that video, which is the only perspective i get to see, it appears the guy raises the gun and then turns over where the gun goes out of sight towards the clerk. unless theres other camera views we dont see, that's how it'll be argued. him dragging the guy away is something id question though.
