Hell there's that man down in Louisiana that planned an attack on a boy scout troop leader who molested his son and was being brought back to the state.
It's old video from the 80's where he's sitting on this phone in the airport and they are walking the guy by and he turns and pops him like right in the head...jury found him not guilty.

the problem is people didnt actually watch the entire video or were distracted by something while watching. he CLEARLY raised the weapon and it then goes out of view in the direction of the clerk when he goes behind the clothes rack. clearly self defence. someone being down on the ground point a gun at you is the same as them holding it in your face.
