nope. the judge threw the case out. the cop did not even show up for court.

i was walking down the street at night, and was picked up and spent the night in jail for absolutely NO REASON.
cost me bail and hours of time, in the end had to go to court and get it dismissed.
i did nothing wrong except exit a bar on Bourbon street and I fit the description.
