The bottom line is he wants a DVD and streaming pay per view...of an illegal fight. If you could setup something like that up without going to jail then everybody and their dog would probably be doing it.
Even if he did intend to go through with it all the way, there is no way he can with those stipulations, (unless they all want legal problems).
Unless he drops those stipulations the fight won't happen.
