Well im not sure how well you folks majored in English but to me, that reads as the guy who commited the frauds did so because he couldnt make payments on a loan, by a loan shark.
I wonder if someone pawns their sites/services to Rick, if they cant afford the payments, what they would do to get their sites / domains back.
