Yes there was a murder of a police officer. The act of guilt or innocence should be decided in a court of law. Police brutality is a form of vigilantism to satisy ones own frustration and anger. The police also broke the law by filing a false police innocent report stating the suspect's injuries were strictly sustained from a fall. All officers involved with this illegal police brutality should be investagated and terminated from the police force.
