its not like he was killed in a gun battle where he knew he was taking risks and it was either the suspects life or the cops life ( in that case its normal the suspect would try and make sure he lives rather than the cop) no , in this case the dumbass suspect decided he didnt want to be in the interview room and it might be a smart move to get the interviewing officers gun , shoot him and make a run for it
