Probably not what you are looking for so please just disregard this if that is the case but I can offer descriptive text link spots on the headers / footers of my established freehost networks.
Text link can either be hardlinked or set-up with a tracking link (if you would like the stats) and can be worded with up to 4 words for a footer description and 5 or 6 words for the header spots.
I have a handful of spots available only (out of about 38 spots) and rates start as low as $3.00 per day (for 30 day bookings).
