Depends what you mean by "HIGH END". High end sales, image quality, porn quality or what?
Exclusive from us will probably cost more than anyone else here, but then it would be high end.
We tried semi exclusive last year, split the potential non exclusive prices and by 5 and offered 5 licenses. Sales were dismal.
If you want good content that's not all over the Net go for high priced new non exclusive. A set like this at $35,
Grace with a banana will sell about 30 times in it's life time and the video+image set will do the same. So in the first six months you have a set that sells around 10 times and by going this route are able to offer members twice the content for the same budget.
