rio is an exciting and dangerous city, beautiful women to be sure, and the most overtly sexual girls i have experienced. before you die you must visit the termas.
PI is poorer place, more primitive, but somewhat safer if you are male. internet connectivity in both places is doable.
yes, it is very cheap to be in PI, but most of PI is a toilet.
brazil has more biz opportunities, and you can be in the porn biz there if the grease the right palms.
the girls are definitely sweeter (personality-wise) in PI.
