I wanted to say first off I did find a 1 day renewal notice that was filtered out by spam filters. So I will take full responsibility for the missing the e-mails as they seem to have been sent. I'm not sure why they were filtered, because I have received other e-mails in the past that weren't filtered out from namecheap but that isn't your fault

Expires on : 4/15/2005 5:23:39 PM
Days to Expire : 1


The 15th was 3 days ago but according to your support e-mail the domain is now under control of another registrar. So there doesn't seem to be any 30 day grace period.

So again I will admit total fault on the missing e-mails however according to the support e-mail I received the 30 day grace period didn't happen. Can you tell me why there was no 30 day grace period?
