I started having a problem with Epassporte two weeks ago. At first, Epassporte tried to blame it on my bank. My bank has since proven that it's not on their end.
Two weeks worth of trouble, 5 calls to support, 3 support tickets, 2 emails to Kimmy Kim, 1 post asking for further help maybe on ICQ. Still nothing.
The total lack of resolution is becoming very frustrating.
