		 Oh i'd have to say 1 time every other week..  if it was up to me, never. But when you have kids, its virtually impossible to stay away..  But the best thing i do is just either buy a salad meal, which are actually pretty filling, and yeah do have calories etc.   
 
hey has anyone tried that big damned omlette thing from burger king? i've heard there are like 46 grams of fat in that mother of all greasy pieces of crap you could stuff in your mouth. 
 
Anyways, yeah its either a salad meal, and if i want a burger.. then i get it with a baked potato instead of fries..
