datezonline, allow me to respond to your questions (which, BTW, our system has NO record of you even bothering to submit to customer support or your rep before bringing it here).
Before addressing your points though, I see a problem with your screenshot right away! I see only 3 refunds/chargebacks, not 6. Look at the image yourself, you show 3 in March for - $75.00, but in April your returns column shows 3 but for $0.00. This means those three are regular cancels.
First, as Veteran'sDay said above, there was a small issue with cancels on the pay-per-signup program that caused some to get credited as chargebacks. The issue was fixed and money credited back.
Second, as for payments, we have NEVER not sent a payment. Contact your rep or support and they will look into it for you asap, more than likely you entered bad payment information. We do not spin a wheel and say 'hrm, let's pay these guys this time and not this guy'.
