I should of stated more clearly to you that I was talking about weed AND hash , if you want to get high for a dollar you would be buying hash or weed for a dollar
wich obviously is not possible anywhere in amsterdam, of course someone else could pay for your weed (or hash ) ! but even then someone actually did pay for that weed (or hash )
