Try thinking outside the box for once. Of course they still sell weed every day of the year.....We sell porn every day of the year too but I'm willing to bet that I could find at least one place online today where I can get it for free.
Let's not forget about the High Times Cannabis Cup when many of the competitors give out samples like it's candy.
