Well.......... America did invent the "DRIVE THRU."
And last time I was in California I did notice a place called. "Fat Burger"
In any other country it would be avoided like the plague.
And..... there is Ryans resturant and all those other all you can eat buffets in Vegas and the really cheap shrimp cocktails and hotdogs I could buy at whisky petes in primm.
