It is called penil endermacitist. A friend of mine picked it up in Korea, from a whore, when we were stationed there. Most American MD's are not familiar with it as it is primarily an oriental desease.

The symptoms are recurring. In other words, it may reappear periodically for a period of time. Sometimes a few hours, sometimes for a few days, then the symptons will disappear. It takes approximately ten-fifteen years for it to fully incubate. After that period, major sores will begin to appear, increasing in numbers, as more and more time goes by. Eventually it enters the scrotum area and the bottom line is total loss of your penis and scrotum, and eventual death if left untreated.
Fornunately they can surgically remove your penis and scrotum before it becomes life threatening.
From here on out you should not have sex with anyone without informing them of your desease. If they are willing to chance it, you must wear a condom at all times, or you will give the desease to your partner.
Tough break for you, but having unprotected sex in this day and age, is just plain dumb. I hope you have already had many sexual experiences so you will at least have some memories.
