Nothing special is required. Just 330x66 with the forumname "Parkieten Plaza" and a picture or part of it of the big parrot (macaw is what you call it in US I think) and a small parakeet. Samples of nice logo's can be found on

These logo's only include small parakeets. Since my forum handles everything from small parakeet till big parrots it should be visible in the logo. Background should be white or transparent..
