bigdog, if Adultplex is the only sponsor that you promote, then it really wouldn't make sense to go through RealBigCash.
For others, though, there are plenty of different advantages. Some people like the efficiency of being able to check stats, collect banners/galleries/content, etc. all in one spot and by only having to keep track of one affiliate id.
Others like being able to learn about new sites and products that they might not otherwise have found (we have several sites and products that don't belong to large programs). This works great also if you promote specific niches. For example, if you promote tranny sites, you can pick and choose from the large selection in the network, compare your stats for all, add in new sites, remove others, etc. all in one interface.
If you are just starting out and don't have a lot of traffic, or you're still figuring out what works for your traffic and what doesn't, you can try several different types of sites/products and have each sale go toward your minimum $ payout requirement as opposed to joining 10 programs and not making enough to get a commission check with half of them.
Also, if you are interested in promoting sites from a program but they don't allow your country, there's a good chance that we do so you can still promote those sites through our network.
If you earn $ from webmaster referrals, RealBigCash is a great option. Rather than having to pick just one sponsor to refer to, you can send a wide variety referral traffic to one site where there is a better chance that they will find something that they would like to promote. And for those people that like to send referrals to one sponsor because they like the benefits and incentives... we love to give stuff away!
So, basically, it just comes down to your preference. Some people like to spread things around, and others like to manage everything they have going at once. You can go to a road-side fruit stand if you just need apples and be absolutely fine. If you also need beer and toilet paper, it might be more efficient and cost effective to go to a larger store.
