So I prepare our daily mailing to be send and notice 99% of the POTDs are down. Not ours but affiliate programs. Big sites who all host at colo and post pics here too. Nice guys who help me out and I help them out.
So I add the ICQ ask whatsup and the guy at support says 2,5 hrs downtime cause were moving. Announced in the cpanel, youre no client, you could be mickey mouse so fuck off.
Told him we're not happy with support like that and wouldnt wanna cope with shit like that if we hosted there. So Im threathening him he says, curses some and leaves.
Damn what an asshole. Glad we never get this kinda attitude from our host. Pity for all these good guys who now get ccbill cant process emails and other shit they have to cope with, along with their "support"
