-> Did you choose a security question and answer? It wasn't working for us either a few weeks ago but after we entered the required info it was working again. When you click on the programs in StatsRemote do you see your stats or the page with the security question and answer?

They both work fine for us and we haven't received any other error reports. Did they stop working after you upgraded to version 3.5.18? If so, please read the thread on our board (link above).
This has nothing to do with the last StatsRemote update. They upgraded their stats last week... will work again with the next StatsRemote update.
