Average of :
$400 per room for computer and monitor
$800 per webcam as you don't want the cheap crap.
$30 for a small bed in each room.
$450 month for a T1 for the feeds to the company that you get them from, I don't remember who I was setting the companies up for as that was 2 years ago and my documents are on my other system
Then you have personal, utilities, etc
$5000 for my consulting fee from start to finish of the setup as that normally takes about 2 weeks.
Then $4000 month retainer if you need someone on call 24/7 in case of problems. That lasted about 4 months until they hired someone onsite and I trained them on what to do in case of any major problems.
