Adult Friend Finder (AFF) is the oldest and largest one on the Net, and they have the nicest and most complete members area i've seen. Sexsearch's, at least when I used them, had a horrible webmaster's area; I dunno maybe that changed.
DatingGold.com is decent as well. AFF is definately first choice though, and I know many of you agree with me
