Hey Everyone,

I saw a thread on GFY about someone wanting to purchase a new home and was wondering about a mortage. Well, I just wanted to say I just bought a new home and got my mortage done with a friend of mine at Global Mortage. They are based outside of Washington DC and they got me approved and on my way to home ownership even though I was young and had pretty much no credit.

My friends name is Kevin Alder and he is really good at getting people approved for loans and helping people out with refinances, etc. They offer alot of service and help people out with bad credit/no credit as well.
