No, I'm not. (and you know nothing about me, I'm 42, have lived in 8 countries, and have a degree in Zoology, [along with a lifetime passion for history], and a wide range of contacts in many industries/ positions, including medical reasearch.)
What I'm saying is, is that if you read history, you will know what I'm talking about in terms of the influenza pandemic at the beginning of the 20 century, the reasons for it, and the reason why there hasn't been one since that time.
I'm not saying that there is no danger, but if you aren't aware of the news media's tendency to sensationalize the news, then you haven't been around for long.
