ultraedit has 30 day trial, it´s dirt cheap and worth the money
if you don´t like vi, pico spare yourself the time to look at joe.
It´s another unix editor.

VI rocks, you just have to know how to use it

Notepad sucks can´t handle long files, has no decent ident
functions and adds ^m characters as end of line line characters.

Go buy ultraedit you can´t go wrong with that!
