dude, i emailed them a month ago to cancel (i moved and got landline/dsl)
and NEVER got a response..
i happened to loose my credit card about 2 weeks ago, cancelled it.
then i get an email a day for 4 days saying my vonage rebill has failed and to update info.
then, after 4 days of that i finnally get a "were sorry your choosing to cancel" with a friendly reminder saying id need to pay my last month (even tho i cancelled way before the rebill) plus the $40 disconnect.
i told them to bill me. assholes.
