5. Barbell Benchpress (Tri, Chest)
6. Barbell Curl (Bi, Shoulders)
7. Bentover Barbell Row (Upper Back)

Yet 9 outta 10 guys in the gym only work biceps & chest, go figure.
Excellent list. Compound movements are the only way to go.

I've stayed away from the machines and cables this time around and noticed a huge difference.
